jeff's favorite beef salad


my husband love this thai and chammorro beef salad

1 lbs steak use tri tip or top sirloin or any stak you preffered
bunch ( 1 cup) fresh cilantro
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaf
1/2 cup chop green onion
half onion thinly slice
3 chili pepper dice add more for more heat
1 small cucumber Pelee, half and slice thinly
juice from 1 lemon
juice from half lime
6 cherry tomatoes cut into half
1/2 cup fish sauce u can eyeball it. add if u like more salty

how to make
in a skillet spay non stick cooking oil
brown the steak briefly, or until the both side brown approx 2 minutes each side
slice steak thinly
in a plastic bowl combine all the ingredient and mix well
refrigerated after mixing to marinate for about 30 minutes

( for more variation you can add lettuce or chop chinnese cabage)
